Made first, then shipped
Each garment is cut after you order it, and production begins once your payment is made and confirmed. Production takes 5–7 business days before dispatch; made-to-measure pieces may take slightly longer while we verify measurements. Production runs Monday to Friday — there is no production on weekends, so all timelines are quoted in business days. You'll receive an email with tracking the day your order ships. We don't rush the making — that is the point.
Delivery, after dispatch
Lagos: 1–3 business days.
Across Nigeria: 2–5 business days.
United Kingdom, United States & worldwide: 5–10 business days via our courier partners (including DHL and UPS).
Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
International orders
Orders shipped outside Nigeria may attract customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees in the destination country. These are set by your government, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility.
Addresses and changes
Need to change your delivery address? Email hello@ibere.ng before dispatch and we will update it. Once a parcel is with the courier, changes depend on the courier's process. Please double-check your address at checkout — re-shipping a returned parcel is charged at cost.
If something is delayed
Handmade timelines are honest ones — if your order will take longer than stated, we will tell you before you have to ask.
