IBERƎ is operated by Kindred Works Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Plainly, and without hiding behind length.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and the contents of your order — including any measurements you choose to give us (chest, waist, inseam). We ask for those only to cut your garment closer to you.
When you pay: payment is processed by Paystack (Nigeria) and Stripe (international). They handle your card details — we never see or store your card number.
When you browse: standard technical data (device, browser, pages viewed) via Shopify, which hosts this store, and cookies used to keep your cart working and to understand what people look at.
When you write to us: whatever you send — by email, the contact form, or WhatsApp.
Why we use it
To make and deliver your order. To answer you. To send you email only if you asked for it. To keep the store working and safe. Nothing else — we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us fulfil your order.
Who we share it with
Only who we must: Shopify (store platform), Paystack and Stripe (payments), DHL, UPS and local couriers (delivery), and our email provider if you subscribe. Each holds only what it needs.
Your measurements
Measurements are kept with your order so we can cut, verify, and — if you are in Lagos — adjust the garment later. Ask us to delete them and we will, once your order is complete.
International customers
Your data may be processed outside your country, including in Nigeria. If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your data, and to complain to your local data authority. If you are in Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Act gives you those same core rights. Whoever you are, ask and we will act — we do not require a legal basis to be reasonable.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe — the link is in every one.
Cookies
The store uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your currency, and understand traffic. Your browser can block them; some parts of checkout will not work if you do.
