Effective July 2026
Every IBERƎ piece is made to order or made to your measurements — each garment is cut for one person, after payment. That shapes this policy, plainly:
All sales are final
Production begins once your payment is made and confirmed. Because each garment is cut specifically for you, all sales are final — orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
Adjustments — local orders (Lagos)
For orders delivered within Lagos, we offer adjustments if the fit needs refining. Write to hello@ibere.ng with your order number and we will arrange it. Adjustments are not available on interstate or international orders at this time.
Defects
Check your piece on arrival. Report any defect within 48 hours of delivery to hello@ibere.ng with photos and your order number. Where a garment has a genuine construction fault — seams, closures, finishing — we will repair or remake it; where neither is possible, we will refund.
One honest note: our cloth is handwoven and hand-dyed. Small irregularities in weave and colour are the nature of Aso Oke and Adire — they are part of the garment, not defects.
Production days
Production runs Monday to Friday — there is no production on weekends, and all timelines are quoted in business days.
Questions
Anything unclear before you order — sizing, measurements, timelines — write to hello@ibere.ng first. We would rather answer twice than cut once in doubt.
